These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and betj9 ("betj9", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the betj9 online casino and sports betting platform at betj9.pro and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. betj9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify betj9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security by contacting [email protected]. betj9 may suspend your account temporarily while any suspected security incident is investigated.
• betj9 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may not open, operate, or benefit from more than one betj9 account at any time. Multiple account holders will have all accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
• betj9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. You must provide any documentation requested to complete KYC, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — are subject to their own individual terms published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. General bonus terms apply in the absence of promotion-specific terms.

betj9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out, helping manage the amount of time spent on the Platform in a single sitting.
• Reality checks — receive periodic in-session notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and the net outcome of your session to date.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, betj9 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account, receiving promotional communications, or opening a new account.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or account security obligations.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of documentation that betj9 determines to be fraudulent, forged, or misrepresentative.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made through the self-exclusion tool. betj9 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will return any withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method.

Where an account is closed by betj9 due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, betj9 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as a set-off against losses, costs, or damages incurred by betj9 as a result of the player's conduct. betj9 will notify the affected player of any such decision via the email address registered to the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betj9 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where betj9 has taken reasonable precautions to secure the Platform and you have failed to keep your own credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether betj9 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betj9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

betj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When betj9 makes material changes to these Terms, notice will be provided to registered players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account, or both. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
